Chateau Ste. Michelle Winemaker's Dinner at Sunriver Resort
Saturday, July 11th, 2009 Award-winning wines from Chateau Ste. Michelle, Washington state's oldest and most acclaimed winery, are paired with the exquisite cuisine of Meadows at the Lodge. The six-course meal is presented by Meadows' executive chef Fabrice Beaudoin and white winemaker for Chateau Ste. Michelle, Wendy Stuckey. Reception begins at 6:30 pm, dinner to follow at 7 pm in the Hearth Room at Meadows at the Lodge. $100 per person for dinner (includes wine and gratuity).Upcoming Events

Gone are the days of bitter tannins and wines that taste like they look (purple ink), and here are the days when great winemakers like Paul Hobbs have taken notice of the vast and varied potential Argentina has to offer. As these established winemakers start to experiment with new regions, we are able to reap the benefits of their talent.
