Winemaker Dinner with Figgins Family Wine Estates and Doubleback

THE winemaker dinner of the year featuring winemaker Chris Figgins of Leonetti and Figgins wines and Drew Bledsoe of Doubleback. The evening will start off with a winemaker reception from 6 - 6:30 pm with Chris and Drew followed by a 5 course meal paired with wines from Leonetti, Figgins, and Doubleback. The menu also features Figgins' all natural grass-fed beef from his Lostine Cattle Project.

1st Course:

Pinot Noir Dusted Sea Scallops with Ruby Red Grapefruit Vinegairette

2nd Course:

Braised Lostine Beef Short Ribs

3rd Course:

Seared Foie Gras

4th Course:

Alderwood Dusted Lostine Delmonico Ribeye

5th Course

Flourless Chocolate Souflee with Warm Vanilla Anglaise
